LEARNING VERSUS ORGANIZATION

Hi,,hi,, Everyone ^-^

Who will be winner? Learn or Organization?

This article will explain about learning and organization. What is different between learning and organization? Why do some people like learning but they do not like organization? What happen? Why some people ready to left their study just for their organization? Yeah, I will explain to you about that. I had got information from some people who like learning and organization and from some people who just like learning or organization.

First, this is information from a good student in STKIP who does not like organization; her name is “Laili”. She just likes learning, she said “if we join in the organization it just was thing time, makes her so tired and bored and many politics in organization”. So, she does not like organization. My friend is from English Education in Fkip Untan. Her name is “Silfiani ” said “There is a big responsibility in organization”. So, she does not want to join in organization.

Second, someone from match faculty in FKIP Tanjungpura University, he is Nurin Hidayatullah semester fourth; he is like organization very much.

He said “In organization we can learn “How to be a guide for other people in our life” but when we just learn in a class, we just learn “How to be a Thinker”. He said, when he was a student at senior high school his teacher ever slap him, at the time, he just ask his teacher “what is Hakikat” but, his teacher could not answer it and thinks that he just give a test for him-self, so, his teacher slaps him, but, he still like learning, just more like organization than learning. 

and last is someone from Hukum Faculty, he is Paulus Samsius Sakhandar semester first, He said “learning in a class just make him dizzy”, but actually, he still like learning just does not like learning in the school.

And one things that they said “in organization we can learn anything that we do not learn in class and we can find a beautiful place to learn with our friends, and they said “actually in organization we also learning, learning about our life in this world”.

Yeah friends, from that information, what is information that you agree?

You can think anything and make a conclusion that you want from that information, but you have to be a wise when you make a decision. Article from some blogs that I have read explain that “Student organizations are a great place to meet new friends, stay active on campus and learn a little more about something which interests you. Whether you are considering joining a cultural, professional or even social organization, I’d suggest that you do it and that if you find one that you really like, you get more involved by running for an executive board position.” Yeah actually I agree with this article but for me learning is more important than organization because in this world we do not just learn lessons in our school or college, we must learn anything that Allah has created in this world.
