Mood and facilities have much influences in our study. It’s
because if you are in bad mood, you can’t understanding the material. Even you
read it every time. I have some tips to vanish your bad mood.
1.
Try to think positive, think about learning have
so much benefit for our life. So you will be enthusiasm in study.
2.
Be calm and take some rest for 10 until 20
minutes, it can make your mood be normal.
3.
Think about something funny can make your mood
be normal too, for example think about how funny your teacher’s face when
he/she gives you some materials/literature.
4.
Make a cup of tea or milk. Some people said that
tea or milk can make your mood be normal. Just try it.
5.
Go to eat. Eating can make your mood be normal
too. But don’t eat too much food, you will be sleepy and forgetting about
study. J
