Chapter Three”Learn from Finland”

        A country in this world says that” Become a teacher is honorable profession”, they said that “If you can learn in Education Faculty you are very lucky”.

       The question “what is the country?” If you like education and learn so much, you will know it. Of course it is Finland country.

       There is not wrong if we see education in Finland any minute. So, let’s see it together. For people in Finland, to get a good education is the most important priority. They believe education is an asset to advancement a country. They said that “we grow a big invest in education and training to get expert and competent people to get successful in the future.

        Activities of Finland’s School just for 6 hours every day. They start learning at 08.00 am and finish at 13.00 pm. They more have much time for their family because for their Family is first priority, they think that interaction with their family is an important education process that they will not get in the school.

 I had said that if you can learn in Education Faculty in Finland you are very lucky. Why? Because to can learn in education faculty, someone must compete hardly. Education faculty is the best faculty than other faculties. If there are 7 students want to learn there, just 1 student will be able to learn in education faculty.

They have good strategy in learning and teaching, teachers will set the method to teach their students they will be the best grader for their students. Those all make teachers in Finland have good responsibility to advancement their students. They have a good motto “If I fall to teach a student, it means there is something wrong with my way to teach. Teacher has high responsibility on their student’s eyes. They will not give big critic for their student but they will invite their students to collate their score with their score before and they will not say “you are wrong” to their students because they think that “it is not problem if their students get a wrong when they do their task.

The condition of the school is flexible, enjoy and effective. The students in Finland also learn to evaluate their ability by their self. Those things have done since their stay in kindergarten. A headmaster in Poikkilaakso, Finland, said that “The students learn how to work individually and never mind what the crop is and finally it will help student to have responsibility in their job”.  

Sampsa Vourio, a teacher of Torpparinmaki Comprehensive School, Finland, explained that Education system in his country is done in democratic. They focus to the process of the education and not focus to the crop.

And guys, they think that Examination will make their students fail because it will kill their students’ mental. There is nothing rank there because rank system just will make teacher focus with the best student, they just want their student fell comparable to learn and confident in their selves.

Daebak… Is it right? Yeah I trust it! And finally now, Finland have created many teachers who has high quality, high patient, high tolerant, and commitment in their successful by their responsibility.
