How to teach students so they can be interest and give them motivated in study

Don’t be naïve for being a teacher. Sometimes students are cleverer than teachers.

Teaching is horizontal, not vertical

How to teach horizontally is as a teacher, we have to position ourselves same like our students. We talked as a person who know something earlier, not cleverer. We are transferring the knowledge, not giving the knowledge. If the atmosphere of the classroom is relax, the lesson will be given easily. When giving lessons to students, just pretend that we are talking about our experience so the lessons/knowledge doesn’t seems terrify.  

Teaching is giving example

Teach what you can, not what you know. It’s mean what we teach to our students is something that we understand and we can do. Do it with example. As a teacher, we must understand the concepts will make us can give the example easily and solve the problem that may be faced by the students.
